End of Season Update
The Brooklyn Nets finished the 2016-17 season at 44-38, good for 6th in the Eastern Conference and a date with the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs. The Cavaliers finished with the best record in basketball at 63-19, with the Mavericks finishing with the worst record at 26-56.
Brook Lopez led the team at 20.7 PPG and 9.1 RPG, with Bradley Beal not far behind at 20.3 PPG. After getting his role in the offense bumped up halfway through the season, Dennis Schroder's points per game rose almost a full 2 points to 9.4 PPG. He also led the team with 8.6 assists per game.
