DETROIT- Another close game for the Detroit Pistons as they squeeze by the San Antonio Spurs in this one, winning by a score of 95-90. The Pistons had a lead as large as 12, but San Antonio came back and had it tied with just 30 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Greg Monroe was fouled with 18 seconds left and knocked down both free throws to give the Pistons a two point lead, which they wouldn't relinquish.

Once again Detroit was led by their "Big 3" of Andre Iguodala, Brandon Knight, and Greg Monroe. With Monroe in foul trouble early and Iguodala struggling, it was Brandon Knight who led the way for the Pistons early. Iguodala and Monroe would later get back on track and help Knight secure a Pistons win. Knight finished with 24 points and 8 assists, Iguodala finished with 20 points and 5 rebounds, and Monroe finished with 19 points and 7 rebounds, along with going 9-9 from the free throw line.

The win puts the Pistons at 19-13, tied with the Indiana Pacers for first place in the Central division.
