2014 Raiders GM Dynasty (head coach 09)

Ok first things first, this team has many holes and as GM my only role is to fix the team and make them contenders. I will be super simming each game and will only be in control of the day to day stuff.

House Rules
Can not fire a coach.
Can not trade away FAs I signed within the same season.
No trading K/P
Can't have more then 12 draft picks a given year. (Many who have played this game know how easy getting picks is)

Playbooks
Offensively I will be using a hybrid option I created. I have the best of every option playbook and added in some spread passes. The plays are g from the following playbooks; Run Plays, Flexbone, HailMary, Shotgun and Wishbone.

On defense I will be running a 4-2-5 playbook I created. The playbook consists of man coverage plays from the following playbooks; Five DBs, Fine 2, 3-2-6, 3-3-5, 4-2-5.

I will post the opening rosters once preseason is over. (If there are showing errors i blame it on my cell phone and the Swype but this is the only way i can do this right now.)
