I had a crazy Idea to set up every conference to have the same average prestige between all the teams.

One thing I noticed using these conference is there are a lot more teams that finish between 5-7 and 7-5. Of course the lower teams struggle to win more than 2 games a year in conferences with good teams. Would be fun to use a 1* team in this format and try to rise up.

Yeah, it really goes against a lot of tradition, but I was playing off just the prestige the game assigns teams and the location. If anyone has any suggestions on swapping teams of equal prestige let me know.
