2k Sports was good in 2007 and in my opion even better in 2008 and all of us just expected the same and with Ben Brinkman finishing the cycle 2k9 looked great. Until well he left and Visual Concepts took over and there went 2k Baseball. 2k9 released and so released the worst baseball game I ever played. Later in September 2009 I have purchased a playstation 3 and bought the show and you will here this from evreyone but it blows out the 2k baseball in a heartbeat.

2k did an outstanding job with the commentary this year after the fail from last year but now that Steve Phillips went to town with another woman it looks like Phillips will not be in the Baseball 2k10. with only months to fix the commentary look for horrible commentary for this game compared to last year. The commentary was the only thing 2k had over SCEA but now it looks as thought they have lost thier best feature. So look for people with Xbox only look for another lackluster year of baseball for people with the PS3 the show will be great. Remember Xbox baseball fans PS3's are $299.99. Yes yes money is tuff right now but people must learn this is you can not buy a PS3 donot buy MLB 2K10. (at least on release day) look for people on the forums and game sites reviews once you have you can make your descision if you have a ps3 the show. Although if you need your baseball fix PS2s are $50 used the show ps2 is $30. MLB 2K SERIES 2007-2008 RIP 2K BASEBALL.

well I have been told "NO!" repeatly by the wife at getting a PS3 "you already have an xbox 360." Darn me.

If you were a desgruntled 2k employee who at some point, had somthing to do with the game.Or heard anything about the commentary for 2k10.Or did anything but state the obvious.Yes 2k10 will be a choppy 1/2 *** representation of the sport.I know because I played it.

MVP 05 is $75-100 on ebay becasue hardly any copies still are avialable bit expensive but now 2k9 is for the pc MVPMODS hardly works on MVP and they did not work a MVP 09 and it looks like they wont mod it for an MVP 10

you can pirate mlb 05 the show I don't think you'll get in trouble because EA doesn't have rights to the game anymore. I would buy MVP 2005 it's the best baseball game ever. Or get MVP 2005 for ps2 or xbox and buy a ps2 our play on your 360. Don't play mlb 2k whatever it will always suck

IMO, 2k baseball is heading in the right direction. The game offers some nice features. Atmosphere and commentary were done extremely well. No cut scenes was also a nice feature. The game also played a decent game of baseball post patch (with the right sliders).

In addition, all the quirks in the game disappeared once the pitcher composure sliders were turned down to zero.

Dont get me wrong THE SHOW was on another level. they are clearly the leader when it comes to baseball., but that game also had its downside, and that downside was/is that the game after 3 years the game has become somewhat predictable.

Same here 2k was a good game w/ bugs that I hope is improving.
