Baylor came to a harsh awakening on Saturday: they are nothing without Robert Griffin III. Griffin, after being sacked in the 3rd quarter left the game with a mild concussion and did not return. Back up QB B. Petty took to the field to try and sustain Baylor but he was unsuccessful for the most part. Ohio stacked the box and dared Baylor to run against them and were for the most part controlling the entire second half of the ball game. But once Baylor started running the ball well, that opened up the passing game which was all Petty needed to find J. Gordon on what was the GW TD for the Baylor Bears.

Griffin is expected to play in next week's game.
