Must haves for Madden 2011!!

1. I want the ability to scout my competition. Online franchise users should have the ability to view any game in their franchise league... in real time. Their should also be a message board attached to the game. This will create an excellent dynamic to give a player props or to trash talk him for being a cheeser.

2. I want the ability to save up to 3 separate, online games....once again. The ps3 and 360 has huge hard drives! Make this a reality. We need this for scouting purposes. ... Read More

1. Green Bay Packers- Aaron Rodgers is on fire and they have an easy schedule down the stretch.

2. New York Giants- With tie breakers over the Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowbys, NY wins by default

AFC
1. Denver Broncos- Denver has only 2 losses in their division and 4 losses to boot. They are a shoe in to make the playoffs

Can't wait for Madden 2011 on Playstation 3? Here's some gaming tips that will ease your anxiety.

Step 1- If you haven't already, purchased an NBA game. Purchase one no earlier than Feb 1st. This will last you approximately 6 months which coincides with Madden's release month

Spoiler alert: I just viewed the leaked footage of modern warfare 2. For those who have yet to witness the footage, the opening scene shows a group of terrorist walking into an airport and opening fire on innocent civilians.

NBA street and NFL Street

EA needs to relaunch the street series. NbA street vol2 and the original NFL street were awesome alternatives to their sim counter parts. If you feel the same post away, maybe EA BIG or EA canada will push for the relaunch. Let me know what you think.

How to buy sports games

This year alone: I've purchased Fight Night round 4, and Madden NFL 10. Before the years end I will add Live to the mix.....horrible mistake on my part. Considering the fact that sports game's offer minimal improvements from year to year, I propose this system.
Only purchase 1 sports game each year, and rotate sports title from year to year.

For example- if you purchased Madden in 2009, you would purchase only Fight NIGHt in 2010, LIve in 2011, Tiger Woods in 2012, MMA in 2013, ... Read More

I was just thinking to myself when commenting on a fellow operation sports gamers blog........ I may purchase two NBA video games this year! Is this good for gamers. Maybe EA can sell LIVE 10 for 19.99 and undercut the competition. Oh how I long for the good ole days, when one gaming company monopolized the industry. No more Madden franchise!!

I was playing the demo of NFL head coach 2009, when it dunned on me......EA is marketing this game to gamers who love the franchise mode in madden. Similiarly to purchasing NBA 2k10 combine, this is a disturbing trend in yearly released sports video games. I remember reading an interview with the guy who was programming Madden' 10's franchise mode, who also was the same guy who developed NFL Head coach. When you watch an NFL telecast, are you watching it from the best vantage point? Since the dawn of the league; the NFL's television telecast has been broadcast from a horizontal perspective. After much hype, and an extremely intense marketing blitz, Madden Nfl 10 has hit the streets. Is this the year that'll transcend sports video games as we know them...... Has this years Madden lived up to the hype machine….. meh. My favorite software developer has over hyped and under sold me again.
