Cover Athlete for Madden 2011
Posted on January 4, 2010 at 06:47 PM.
You heard it here first! The cover athlete for Madden 2011 will be none other than......................... Tony Romo!
*first time a Dallas cowboys player (america's team) has been on the cover.
*first time an undrafted player has been on the cover
*I believe we will see huge changes in regards to the way we pass the ball in Madden
*The superbowl and Madden bowl will be held in Dallas next year! The hype.....play Madden on the biggest tv in the world

Keep in mind yours truly picked the Saints to crumble down the stretch (has happened) and I picked the bengals vs cardinals in the 2010 superbowl.

Cowboys fans don't need him on there. He has playing the best football of his career. We don't want the Madden curse to get him. Troy fought the curse as best he could but he and the Stealers have suffered this season. Let Phillip Rivers or Adrian Peterson have it.

Chris Johnson has to be the leader of the pack right now if it's just one guy. 1 or 2 Super Bowl QBs could be more likely a month from now. Rivers and Brees perhaps?

It all depends on what spin the EA Marketing team wants to pump up along with what new "innovation" Madden throws in. If they're pushing Defense, they'll go D-player, Offense an offensive player, etc.
