This year alone: I've purchased Fight Night round 4, and Madden NFL 10. Before the years end I will add Live to the mix.....horrible mistake on my part. Considering the fact that sports game's offer minimal improvements from year to year, I propose this system.
Only purchase 1 sports game each year, and rotate sports title from year to year.

For example- if you purchased Madden in 2009, you would purchase only Fight NIGHt in 2010, LIve in 2011, Tiger Woods in 2012, MMA in 2013, and back to Madden in 2014. That way you're guaranteed to see improvements from year to year; because of a change of genre, and you'll get your money worth on your purchase (5 year life span).

Excellent idea in theory. Too bad the games aren't good enough to keep us playing them until their turn comes around again every few years. I'm guessing many of us lose interest, on average, within the first two months anyways, and none of us are patient enough to wait three or four years to get another taste. I'll give the idea some more thought and maybe I'll give it a try. Look for my review on the process in about five years or so. Until then, keep gaming!
