My top 10 favorite sports games of all time
Posted on February 9, 2009 at 04:03 PM.
I think everyone has there own list of top games this one is mine. I rank them on how I remember them. This list is just the best games I remember playing as a kid to today.

Number 10: Tecmo Super Bowl: just a fun game by today's standard it's bare bones but, just over all fun. I loved keeping track of all my stats and playing against my brother until 3am.

Number 9: MVP baseball 05: This was a great game I miss this franchise.

Number 8: Coach K's college basketball: I think I did 5 seasons and another 20 torney's with my brother classic game for the Genisis.

Number 7: College Hoops 2k8: another fun game, in depth legacy, good graphics all you could want.

Number 6: Evander Holyfield boxing: I think I did at least 15 different careers. Game was a little easy but, looked sharped on the Sega Genisis and even had blood!!!!!!!

Number 5: NFL Gameday 98: This game changed the sport of football forever. It was a shame to see this francise completely fall apart and become a huge disappointment.

Number 4: NBA Live 95: create a player I took the Pistons, Bulls and Timberwolves to the NBA Finals. I was a beast. This was a fun new feature I loved

Number 3: NHL 93: one of the greatest hockey games of all time. This was before season stat tracking, I would write out a 50 game schedule on a sheet of paper and keep my own stats. I went 48-2 with the Chicago Blackhawks and 48-1-1 with the Detroit RedWings, and 45-4-1 with Tampa Bay winning 3 strait championships.

Number 2: NFL 2k5: most realistic football game to date the ESPN features make you feel like you are watching a football game on TV. I love this game and still play it today. I just wish I could get the new rosters.

Number 1: Madden 92: This is most likely childhood memories as opposed to it actually being the best game ever but, I have never enjoyed playing Madden as much ever since I remember going 14-2 with the Giants, 15-1 with the Bills, 14-2 with Arizona and finnally 16-0 with the Packers beating the Lions 104-3. These again were before stat tracking I keep the records on a sheet of paper but, loved every game I ever played.
