After a 12-2 season, its inevitable that changes could come to ASU. These aren't bad changes, but rather successful ones. First, defensive coordinator Jimmy Barnett has accepted the head coach position at the University of North Carolina. The Tarheels made a change after a disappointing 4-8 season. Barnett coached the SnowCats into the #2 ranked defense in the NCAA this past season.
On the offensive side of the ball, Dan Frazier couldn't pass up the offer to coach at Kent State in the MAC. Frazier will be going back to the school he first coached at as a graduate assistant.
Brandon Dixon, former head football coach at the University of Buffalo and Nebraska alumnus, is rumored to have been offered the DC position. Dixon may bring his 4-3 defense to ASU, which may prove challenging given current personnel.
After saying goodbye to their offensive coordinator, Dan Frazier, Chad Baldwin, former OC at Temple, has been formerly offered the same position at ASU. Baldwin, a Naval Academy graduate, bring a physical multiple-read gameplan that should fit well at ASU.
