Markell Cooley has left his mark on the Alaska State Football Program. Cooley amassed 11,287 yds, 79 td, 35 int to go along with 3,158 yds rushing and 39 td on the ground. Thats 118 total touchdowns in 4 years at the helm... Not bad work at all. Cooley's success has opened the door to higher profile recruits taking interest in the ASU program. Cooley's transition to post football life may include a shot at an NFL roster. Most draft experts rate him as a round 6-7 pick, but Cooley is aiming higher.
