The Aztecs, despite the snow, were able to run over the Cats 27-13 in front of a sparse and bundled up crowd of 7,600 faithful fans. Passing was at a premium this game due to the weather, and the Aztecs racked up 267yds on 41 carries and 2 touchdowns to only 120 passing yards. As a team, the SnowCats ran for 161yds on 34 carries to only 125yds passing. But it was Aztec junior RB Mike Cooper stealing the spotlight, running the ball 26 times for 174yds and 2 td.
