NBA Live 16: Kawhi should be the best defender!

More ratings have come out for NBA Live 16. This time I have a problem with the ratings for the top small forwards in the game. Of course we know LeBron James is the best player in the league and Kevin Durant is not far behind. Carmelo Anthony, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard round out the top five.
LeBron is the highest rated player in the game and I have no problem with that. I do have a problem with his 97 on-ball defense though. LeBron is an excellent defender who can guard many positions but his on-ball defense has been on the decline recently.
Kevin Durant was banged up last season and maybe his overall shouldn�t be so close to LeBron�s. I still think Durant will bounce and still be the second best player in the world but after an injury plagued season his overall should have dipped to the 91-94 range.
Now things get a little confusing for me. The picture of Melo says he�s a 91 overall however in the post it says he is an 89. Melo is good but he�s not an 89 right now because he had season ending knee surgery and he�s an older guy. Don�t get me wrong when healthy Melo is easily an 89 but last year wasn�t one of his best even when he was healthy.
Paul George is a very good young player but I don�t understand how he is rated above Melo. When George was leading the Pacers to the Eastern Conference there was a discussion that maybe George is better than Melo. He wasn�t but there was discussion because he was a 2-way player. However George broke his leg and only played in six games. How can he be rated higher than Melo now?
Kawhi Leonard gets no respect. He is only an 89 rating but that isn�t the bad part. He has an on-ball defense rating of 95. He might be the best perimeter defender in the game but for some reason LeBron James has a higher on-ball defensive rating than Leonard. Kawhi is the 3rd best small forward in the game.
If anything LeBron should be 97, Durant should be 94 and Leonard should be 91. Carmelo should be in the 88-86 range while George is in the 85-83 range. I usually don�t care about ratings but I think it�s a slap in the face to a guy like Kawhi Leonard who is clearly one of the top defenders in the league.
