new 32 team Franchise

This is my 1st attempt to writing up a franchise, i will control all 32 teams, this will be a slow process.

-so far i have changed back all the coaches schemes to their default
-had a mini ufa (the left overs from default updated rosters) draft of 4 rounds to improve the rosters
-used a random gen to make up the draft order, and go figure NE picked 1st
-CPU will do, scouting, re-signing, and fill rosters
-i will control UFA but i will be more of a draft then bids
-i will play home games in coach mode
-using fins sliders for now, but that could change
-i will sim all pre season games
think that's it, when season is ready to start will do some sort of off season review with real life and changes i have made.
