I've posted in the past about my custom site, 2kolf.com, which I started a while back. Today I wanted to share what I've accomplished thanks in part to the Madden companion app and help from a fellow gamer.

My site is now fully dynamic, all stats for games and players are updated when I sync from the app.

I've created a profile page for each team, and each team profile has their latest news, stats, injuries, rosters, dynamic video playlist and more.

I've also fixed issues that the Madden app has, which can be seen on sites such as Daddy Leagues. League Standings for example, Daddy Leagues shows what EA outputs for Points for, Points Against, Win Streak, Losing Streak and a couple of other things. It's all wrong, it only works for the first 2 weeks of the regular season, then after that none of those things add up correctly. So, as you can see here: http://2kolf.com/standings/ I display it correctly.

There are a few other things that the app does that if left as is, will be incorrect, but as I continue to learn about database queries I'll fix as many as I can.

So, that's it for now. I just wanted to write about what I've done and share it with you guys. I started knowing zero about how to code for databases and knew only the basics of PHP. But, six weeks later I think I've done a pretty good job, lol.
