Another Season starts at 2K Online Franchise

I am the commissioner of the 2K Online Franchise League (2K OLF) and we are currently recruiting for our new and first season on Playstation 4. We started out on the Xbox 360 back in 2009.

We are a weekly league, we advance every Thursday at 10 PM PST and we are a sim style league. Since we advance once per week we normally play two seasons on the latest Madden but this year we are only playing one season and moving on to Madden 15 once it's released.

Custom website powered by Madden companion app

I've posted in the past about my custom site, 2kolf.com, which I started a while back. Today I wanted to share what I've accomplished thanks in part to the Madden companion app and help from a fellow gamer.

My site is now fully dynamic, all stats for games and players are updated when I sync from the app.

I've created a profile page for each team, and each team profile has their latest news, stats, injuries, rosters, dynamic video playlist and more.

Well it's been 6 months since I last wrote a blog. The last time I was on here it was to type about the first Super Bowl in our online league which was between the Patriots and the 49ers.

This Sunday will be our leagues second Super Bowl and once again the Patriots and 49ers will meet in a rematch that should be as entertaining as last years first encounter.

Patriots win Super Bowl....Best Super Bowl ever!

It was the best Super Bowl ever, because it was the first Super Bowl played in our franchise league since we restarted the league this past season. I have to say, after watching it and getting all the feed back from the guys in the league I'm extremely glad EA introduced Online Franchise. Yeah it has a lot that it needs to improve, but thanks to it I have met some great people and that out beats anything wrong with Madden!

Another season is about to start at NFL 2K Online Franchise [2K OLF]. We are looking for some new coaches.

We are starting season 5 now, with the week 1 roster update. We always start the first season of Madden with real rosters then for the second season we continue with a draft.

Why are some owners so lazy!!!

As I said before I run a weekly league and it is just baffling to me how some users just don't post to schedule their games! I put a lot of effort...maybe a bit too much....into creating a good overall experience. I have the custom site I made (which now has full stat tracking!), I have the Facebook page set up, forums, Twitter and apparently that still not enough for some to schedule their games or to respond to post asking when they can play.
