Legendary Coach Playbooks

Hey guys,
Someone can tell me why there are no more legendary coach playbooks like the Bill Walsh playbook or Dick Vermeil playbooks or John Madden playbook, etc..... in Madden 16 ????
These legendary coach playbooks were always present in past Madden edition and not this year, Why, Why, Why ????? I think it's was "fun" and interresting to use them in Madden 15-25-13 etc.... because they had specifics concepts and formations to use in the game, and for no reasons and explications EA ... ultimate team roster in Madden 16

The 1st time i have downloaded the new roster available in Madden 16 it seems that a roster called ULTIMATE TEAM was also loaded with the official roster update.... Someone can tell me and ecplain me what is this roster or am i the one who saw that ????
