Subject to change but at the moment: Leaving seniors +3. Can recruit anybody in home state no restrictions. Only 3 players that are 2 stars or 1 stars outside pipeline and home states. Unlimited # of guys inPipeline states but only 3 stars or below AND must be in top 10 (maybe 5 we will see). Basically it will allow for some good guys, but it will be bad.
Game rules are play sim, but looser than many OS leagues.
Not taken Teams are:
EMU
Idaho
New Mexico St
UTEP
Wmu
Furman
Wofford
Georgia state
