Goalless draw a relief to York City, a disaster for Bristol Rovers

York City picks up a point against the heavily favored Bristol Rovers on the road. While Bristol was clearly the better side all game, neither team was able to score. Bristol largely played its B team in an effort to rest their stars. Bristol has a Cup game next week. York City who was eliminated from the Cup in the first round, played all their starters. 2 of their players, LB Danny Blanchett and CM Michael Potts are nearing a suspension after picking up their 4th yellow cards of the season.
