Phillies Ride Moose to First Win of 2015!

The Phillies end the Red Sox bid for the perfect season in game 2, winning 5-2 behind a strong performance from Jordan Zimmerman, and the bat of Mike Moustakas.

Scoring started in the 3rd, Moustakas took a Colon fastball deep to Right Field for his first Home Run of the season. Sox would not be down long as they score 2 in the top of the 4th. The Phillies answered right back taking the lead back with Moustakas putting them ahead for good with an RBI Single to Center. That would be all Zimmerman would need as he threw 8 innings, giving up the 2 runs. Huston Street came on in the 9th and closed the door for his first save of the season.

The Red Sox and Phillies will wrap up the Opening Series Tomorrow as it will be another battle of former Cy Youngs as R.A Dickey will start for the Red Sox and Justin Verlander will get the nod for the Phillies.
