BUCKS MYGM - SEASON 2 - PART 1

The Bucks started the season strong going 4-0 in the first four meetings. The home opener against the Sixers and Lebron showed a very confident Bucks team. They got out in transition and found easy baskets for Bledsoe and Giannis. In the third quarter they had a comfortable lead thanks to the work of Jabari Parker. I played him in isolation a lot against Nerlens Noel, and succeeded. However, in the fourth Noel really started to dominate in the low block, with an improved offensive game and a knack for offensive boards. We ended up going to OT, they were carrying the momentum but Giannis played great defense on Lebron in same key plays, and got us vital stops and the W.
We continued playing great basketball and right now we sit at the 1st spot in the East (12-6 record).
A week into the season I made a trade that brought me Devin Harris and Dallas 16 1st rd pick for Miles Plumlee and the 29th pick in the 15 draft, Norman Powell. I like Harris as a third PG behind Bledsoe and Tyler Ennis, and as a shooting guard when the rookie Hezonja doesn't play well (I found he is really streaky as an offensive player). With this trade I now have two picks for the next draft, the Warriors and the Mavericks.
Before I leave I want to tell you about some staff changes I made during the offseason. I had to let Jason Kidd go because I couldn't afford him, so I brought in Nuggets interim coach Melvin Hunt, a run-and-gun guy like George Karl. I also got a better scout and a worse CFO.
I ACCEPT SUGGESSTIONS on a TRADE I have to make including my sixth man Ersan Ilyasova (expiring contract), as a request of the owner. I would like to trade for a similar kind of player, a stretch four who can rebound. I was thinking Mirotic but I would have to give up too much.
