What the hell are the Grizzlies thinking?

Last season the Griz had one of the best collections of young talent behind only the Thunder and Blazers with Conley, Marc Gasol, OJ Mayo, and Rudy Gay. And now they've acquired a double-barrel shotgun of locker room poison in Zach Randolph and Allen Iverson.

I think A.I. is a hell of a competitor but where does this guy fit on this team? This team will not make the playoffs and bringing in two world class ballhogs only inhibits their growth in the future. I am, and will continue to be, confused by this move.
