Oregon defeated Middle Tennessee to advance to the Championship game of the Orange County Shootout. The game was a blowout at the 7 minute mark of the second half. But Mid Tennessee went on a 20-3 run to cut the score to 6 with just under 3 minutes to play. Jason Jones scored a career high 39 points for the Blue Raiders while freshman Richard Benjamin recorded a 17 assist night. For the Ducks, They were led by the super sophomore, Ryan Wilson. Who scored 37 points, recorded 8 assists, had 5 rebounds, and added 4 steals. Darrian Wells scored a career high 20 points to hold off the Blue Raiders. As of the ending of tonight's game, Ryan Wilson averages 33.7 PPG, 9.0 RPG and 6.0 APG. The Ducks improver to 2-1 while the Blue Raiders fall to 1-3 The Ducks will play the Kentucky Wildcats for the Orange County Tournament Champs.
