I play on All-American, Slow speed, with 7 minute quarters. I've had to make some adjustments post-patch but I'm pretty close. These sliders work for me and are for my reference and others that may want to know what I'm using. They are not guaranteed to work for anyone else.

what about sub sliders and penalty sliders?

I'll post my sub sliders later. I don't care about penalties so I just leave them on default. Right now I'm just disappointed because the 2nd patch broke the cpu running game.
