4 game winning streak. I am back to May
Posted on May 26, 2010 at 02:17 PM.
The Yankees have won 4 straight since the CC has been injured. They beat Baltimore (7-4,15-2),and beat Chicago (6-2,6-3). The root cause of this success had really been that I've been patient at the plate. I mean during the winning streak I've hit Hrs with Cervelli and Bret Gardner. I didn't do anything special (normal swing,no hit influence) just checked the pitch history and place the PCI in areas where the pitcher were frequently throwing to. Like I've stated earlier in my blog I have everything on deafault so the PCI is not visible, but I've become better at just making slight adjustment to the PCI. I have been pitching with my pitchers strengths and using my bullpen smartly. I've got a long way to go, but I am feeling good about my progress in playing the game. The coolest thing in the winning streak was when Cervelli hit his hr. In the animation he goes back to the dugout and his team mates ignore him. He start looking sad and then they mob him. I thought that was really cool. One last thing. I think I will start platooning Nick Johnson and Marcus Thames at DH. Thames against lefties and Johnson against righties.

So like how far are you into your franchise, and whats your record? I'm just curious I'm thinking about starting a new franchise with the reds and putting everything about it into a blog on here like you are.

Hi Flipsyde933,

I'm 26 games into the season as of yesterday. my record 20-6. I am playing the game on default level. I hope you do start a Franchise and a blog. I definitely will follow your blog. I also think that writing the blog helps with the Franchise because you get your thought out and it is a good motivator to see it through. Go Luck with your Reds Franchise.
