Alabama, you can relish the fact that you play in a conference that GUARANTEES you at least one and most probably two BCS games each year.

The Utes had to be perfect all year, and then are placed into the BCS against the mighty SEC and Alabama to get a wuppin.

LMAO.....Utah and the MWC conference proved why they are the 3rd best conference in the NCAA this year.

Still, they will not get an auto invite.....when the craptacular ACC and Big East do, and that is borderline criminal.

Alabama was overated all year (go read my Arena reply to an Alabama thread 6 weeks back)...as is the mighty SEC overall (Wyoming beating Tennessee in Rocky Top Land....egads!)

Now, lets give the MWC the auto invite they so obviously deserve!

Excellent point. I was saying the same thing, that automatic bids should be done away with. Or perhaps give automatic bids ONLY to conferences that won a BCS game the previous year. the MWC probably is the 3rd best conference right now, and it is a complete sham that they don't get an automatic spot.

Most of all, though, they deserve a shot at the national title. They got robbed.
