*Jack Swagger resumed his pursuit of the United States championship and came into contact with a man who he thinks wrongly embodies the blue-collar US citizen: I.R.S., associate of Ted DiBiase. The infamous taxman went down to a Swagger bomb.

The Icon was able to subdue him for a bit by carrying out an electric chair drop, Gorilla press, and a classic Stinger Splash in the corner. Heyman's client ended the comeback with a Death Valley Driver on steel steps.

*Samoa Joe failed to get into the US title picture again as Curtis Axel trumped him and Lance Storm in a second triple threat. Axel and DiBiase will encounter Ryback in a three-way for the title at BATB.

*Hunter Hearst Helmsley made a statement in the main-event, pinning C.M. Punk after a Go to Sleep and spinebuster. That was following a beatdown pre-match from Damien Sandow and he added in a stomping of his own at the end. The two high-class intellectuals are proving dominant so far.
