*Triple H kicks us off again, a standard we should be used to until a movement to obstruct him from power rises. He asserts that Evolution will create a contender to take away Daniel Bryan's WWE title at Bash at the Beach, by hook or by crook. Conceivably, that will be Roman Reigns, who eradicated Kane indefinitely. Or maybe Alberto Del Rio, who is going after Wade Barrett's IC title. Can Dolph Ziggler or Randy Orton prove themselves worthy? He'll consider every RAW superstar provided they impress him these next few weeks. But there is no question that if he is not satisfied he will adjust his stable members accordingly.

And he hasn't forgotten about the Shield. He and Reigns will lecture them about this turn of events soon.

*In their return to RAW, fan favorites Kofi Kingston and Santino Marella challenged the Miz for his European title.

*Cody Rhodes, in intriguing territory with the Authority possibly courting him, was tasked with taming Dean Ambrose following a win over Seth Rollins last week. Ambrose is a man on the mission after how Reigns suddenly turned on the Shield. Rhodes, on the other hand, could move himself back into an Intercontinental title match or even get in to the WWE title picture. This time out, the Lunatic Fringe scored one for the Shield with a headlock driver.

*Randy Orton and Cody switch spots this week - Orton gets Rollins after pinning his partner Ambrose last Monday. Seth still has the spark and energy in him after the betrayal - he laid out Orton with a turnbuckle bomb, Shiranui, and a flying springboard knee. In reverse of the past week with Dean, Rollins surprised Randall with a bridge pin that he failed to get out of. The Shield is slowly getting the momentum back on their side, and Evolution will surely have to answer on Heat.

*Roman Reigns went for Evolution's first win on the evening against Austin Aries, a friend of Daniel Bryan's and a guy certainly not interested in having wrestlers of his caliber getting lost in the shuffle. This was an opportunity for both him and Roman to insert themselves into the Undisputed title scene. Double A was red-hot against the rising Reigns, flying all over the squared circle. A running enziguri and single-leg dropkick rocked the powerhouse, who made a comeback with clotheslines, a back body drop, and a spinebuster. The Superman punch should have finished it right then but Aries reversed a powerbomb and landed a brainbuster. Triple H sidetracked the ref but the "Greatest Man that Ever Lived" pulled off the huge upset nonetheless with a springboard crossbody splash. He's raised his chances but also made himself a wanted man for stopping their golden boy.

*IC title holder Wade Barrett went mano-a-mano with WWE champion Daniel Bryan, neither title being exchanged. It's rumored that Barrett and Sheamus are falling out of favor with the Game (similar to Kane), because they haven't quite lived up to what they're being paid for. Dropping a tag match to the Usos and Sheamus falling to Bryan last week definitely didn't help them out. They passed 6 minutes and mainly signature moves happened - Winds of Change vs Bryan kicks. In one of the worst outcomes possible for him, the Bare-Knuckle Brawler was schooled with a school boy. That will not look good on his resume for Evolution.

*Dolph Ziggler moves ahead of Sheamus in the hunt for the WWE Championship via a sleeper hold and a super kick. He chipped in a Brogue Kick, a powerslam, and a fallaway slam in an otherwise uninspiring performance.

*Wade Barrett was forced to defend his newly-won IC gold after a few weeks of a triangle feud with Alberto Del Rio and Cody Rhodes. Triple H is unhappy with his and Sheamus' progress as the hitmen of Evolution as they have lost some "key" matches recently, in his eyes. Del Rio lost to Wade last week in a test but beat Cody Rhodes handily to gain contendership. At this point it looks like H prefers Cody and ADR as his secondaries behind Roman Reigns and Randy Orton. Barrett had the misfortune of taking a corner enziguri, cross armbreaker, and a German suplex pin while one Wasteland was his only nearfall. The german garnered a three count and Del Rio has collected his first Intercontinental title.

The Prince has been ousted along with Sheamus to Smackdown. Triple H will go into more detail on Heat and/or RAW but it overall was a huge victory for Daniel Bryan and the Shield. DBry, Ziggler, Ambrose, Rollins, and Aries all took out the baddies and two of their opponents are gone.
