While in the midst of my tenure with Rising Sun, All-American Wrestling's Lance Monaco (Vince McMahon) poached me with a $8000 advance and creative control. It was an offer from the #1 company around - I couldn't refuse.
For my first show, I teamed with star Slam Dunk (C.M. Punk). That was a dream come true for me as I idolized him when I was younger.
Backstage, Nightshift (Undertaker) inspired me to speak my mind in front of the fans. It was controversial as I criticized Hardback being AAW's World Champion instead of myself.
Nightshift would later court me to join his stable along with his manager Tom Stone (Paul Bearer). We were going to be unstoppable.
