The last Main Event card before the PPV is an interesting one! The title picture for No Way Out is becoming more clear but it likely won't be resolved by Over the Limit.

Jeff Hardy def. SCSA, WWE Title #1C Tourney (winner faces winner of Steen vs HBK vs Ryback): In one of the most surprising upsets to date, the Charismatic Enigma was able to overcome Stone Cold in a very exciting match. Stone Cold still has a date with the WWE Champ at Over the Limit, though this almost eliminates any chance of a third match at No Way Out. Hardy advances on and will face either Kevin Steen, Shawn Michaels, or Ryback next.

Drew McIntyre w/Heath Slater def. Sin Cara w/Rey Mysterio, 2nd match of Best-Of-3 for US title shot (McIntyre wins series, 2-0): Both 3MB and Team Mucha Lucha were represented in this match, and it was a fun one. With Rey Mysterio and Heath Slater watching ringside, their partners battled it out. Sin Cara showed off his athleticism, and and the end it seemed he'd finished off the 3MB's Sinister Scotsman, DDTing him through the announce table. He began to taunt to the cheers of fans - in the process, sealing his fate. McIntyre recovered quickly, hitting the Future Shock onto the broken table for the 3 count. It'll be a fight between Europeans over the U.S. Title - McIntyre is your new #1 contender to Antonio Cesaro's championship.

Christian def. Hulk Hogan and Cody Rhodes, WHC #1C Tourney (winner faces winner of Kane vs Angle): There was an intriguing cast of characters for this three-way. The first competitor to be eliminated was Cody Rhodes. When it was down to Christian and The Hulkster, Captain Charisma eventually "flipped the switch" and picked up the pinfall. He'll see The Big Red Monster or the WWE's Olympic Gold Medalist shortly.

Seth Rollins def. Sheamus: This was quite an entertaining war being fought. The Celtic Warrior certainly brought the fight to the Shield's high-flyer, but the former nXt champ brought it right back. We saw a Shiranui, Surfboard Stomp, and Small Package Driver among other things from Rollins, while Sheamus pulled off a spear through the barricade and a running powerslam onto steel steps. Ultimately, Rollins made a nice series of moves to finish off a bloodied Sheamus. The Shield has the upper hand against Ryback and his forces so far.

HHH def. Chris Jericho and Bobby Roode, WWE Title #1C Tourney (winner faces winner of Flair vs Mankind): This one got started a little earlier than Jericho hoped, as he was ambushed on his way to the ring by The Game's henchman, Batista. He was at a disadvantage early in this three-way, elimination-style match, and thanks to that, he ate an early elimination by way of a Pedigree. Riding off that momentum, Triple H put out Roode with a second Pedigree, this time through the commentary table outside the ring. After his victory, he attacked the hurt Jericho with a steel chair.

Maybe Y2J really isn't the best in the world at what he does.. Will he have something to say in Triple H's next match?

That's all we have for you on Main Event.
