1. The option to change start times for games.
2. The option to have rain delays, midgame rain delays, and rainouts.
3. The option to manually reschedule rainouts as doubleheaders, not just the day/night type.
4. The option to move a franchise to a new city with new ballparks, with each preprogrammed city/stadium already having a set gps location for seasonal lighting.
5. The option to play in retired stadiums/parks from the past (any from last 60 years).
6. The option to play each game in REAL time, with appropriate length breaks between half innings and pitching changes.

Better quality control. Last year there was no way to save custom cameras on day one and this year there was no way to save soundtrack changes. Plus, things like cutscenes with lefty batters swinging right-handed in the on deck circle and the left and right fielder positions switching sides on the post-game jump in the air bump cutscene. That just shows that testers are skipping over cutscenes and not checking menus. Basic stuff.
