Penn State cruised into Philadelphia, PA, and destroyed the favored Temple Owls 48-0. Akeel Lynch had 5 total TD's, including 4 rushing, and Steven Bench threw 3 scoring tosses to help the Lions pitch the first ever shutout win for their new coach.
