NBA 2K12 Wishlist:

My Player

More accessories to choose from such as googles etc. My Player should get a contract and they could use the money to buy accessories like shooting sleeve to protect them from getting injured. Starting overall should be much higher, overall ratings shouldn't be going up that fast. For example in 2K11, my overall rating went from 39 to 86 in a season and my rating in season 2 now is 91. In season 2, My Player should also get sent to summer league to practice more.

Association

Bring back trading block, more trade spots and teams, right now its 3 teams and 4 spots. Trades shouldn't be rip offs to both cpu and user. Draft combine and summer league should be added in association mode so we can play our drafted players and train them. Player tendencies should be changing throughout the season and your management career. For example, a 28 year old Kobe should be taking more shots than a 34 year old Kobe.

Gameplay

Passes are getting deflected too easily in 2K11. More fluid gameplay, crowd atmosphere is much needed, in 2K11, crowd reactions are just bad, they don't react much to buzzer beaters, posterization or fastbreaks. Playoff atmosphere should be different to regular season, fans should be hyped and like a mexican wave standing up in fastbreaks. The bench is also stupid in 2K11, they should react more to dunks on people and hold on to each other backs. The CPU has magic recovery defense no matter who it is, for example I am using CP3 going on a bad point guard such as Luke Ridnour, when I pull off a hesitation crossover, they force me to stop. More realistic gameplay needed.

Add maybe Jay-Z or Eninem rap songs into next years soundtrack.
