Rich Eisen: We take you out to Broncos cam where we are joined by Broncos Head Coach Jason Griffin. Coach how has it been after two weeks?

Jason Griffin: Thanks for having me Rich. It has been a good ride thus far. We just need to continue to improve every day, but I am as excited today as I was when I accepted the job.

Eisen: What has been the most surprising aspect of the job thus far?

Griffin: Without a doubt it's the demands on my time. Show's like NFL Total Access (laughs) are constantly trying to get the inside scoop. But in all seriousness, the time spent in other avenues besides actual coaching are incredible. When I was a high school coach I spent about 30 hours a week coaching with no media obligations. Now I spend 60 hours coaching and about 15 hours fulfilling media obligations.

Eisen: So are you overwhelmed by it all?

Griffin: The fact that I'm not married helps because I know that the time constraints puts stress on families. Really I'm trying not to become burnt out on the profession, but at this stage I am bright-eyed & bushy tailed. I have a ton of energy for this and I will continue to work until I bring Denver another championship.
