Back pylon "fade routes" or jump balls to the wide receivers. Why this is not already in the game beats me.
Terrance Newman tall socks (like the ones Deion used to wear) you see a lot of defensive backs going to this style

Individual QB throwing motions are great!... but they could be better

I don't think EA could make this happen but having 2 or 3 different crews of commentary would be unreal. Meaning you have your "CBS crew" which does the AFC games, then you have your "Fox Crew" which does the NFC games.
the stand up route aka "0 route" You should be able to snap the ball and throw something immediately to your wide out. Rams used to do this a lot with Holt, Bruce and Akim.
Half Time and End of the game shows need more work but I'll leave it at that since everyone has already said something about it.
We have custom stadium chants which is nice but to add to that would be custom stadium music.
Madden 10 has made a ton of money, so why your paying 7.00 for the AFL package on top of that I don't understand.
You should have a choice on drag route to go either way. If I'm in the slot I should be able to drag out and not have to use a square out.
Assistant Coaches would be a nice touch.
Used to love how the Camera would shake in the old NCAA game. I believe you could have something similar to that in Madden. Go to a stadium like Seattle aka "quest field" ... players can't even hear themselves think in that place. I want to feel more like I'm playing on the road.
