In my Wizards franchise Quentin Richardson is my 7th man and backup shooting guard. He is not happy with playing time and wants a trade who should I trade him for.

I traded Richardson,Wesley Matthews, and Mark Mitchell to Minnesota for Wayne Ellington and Jamario Moon.

I like Pietrus's 3 point shooting and defense, but it just matters what your team is built on.
