NBA 2K17 News Post

Building a NBA championship-caliber team in NBA 2K17 is a tall task. Outside of just accumulating as much star talent as possible, it’s hard to find a whole lot of precedence for successful franchises (in the modern era) outside of the San Antonio Spurs (and even they had obvious stars). We’ve see teams like the Philadelphia 76ers try and go outside of the box, hoarding draft picks and stockpiling young talent. We’ve also seen teams like the Bulls and Knicks utilize a revolving door of players, hoping to find a few that match with their stars in Anthony and Butler.

If we’ve learned anything, it’s that there’s no one strategy in particular that builds a champion. In the last 10 years alone, we’ve seen 11 different teams reach the NBA Finals. Even the glorified powerhouses don’t make it every year. There’s hope for the underdogs in the NBA, it’s just a matter of getting out in front and finding an edge.

This article just disrespected Dirk. Dude was unreal in his 2011 playoff run.

Yea when I think of the 2011 Mavs I instantly think of Dirk. He carried that team. Led the team in scoring in every game of the Finals outside of Game 6, when Terry scored 27. Dirk still scored 21 and had 11 boards.

He also dropped a playoff high 48 on OKC in the Conference Finals and had another 40 point game in that series.

But yea, I guess he wasn't a top talent.

Building a championship team in 2k is sooo easy! .... c'mon even the nba has broken trade logic (boogie to n.o.) right now

(I didn't even have to override anything, I flipped Lou will, to hou for a 1st and Beverly...Beverly to chi for a 1st and I think mcw, then mcw for a 2nd lol I know it's not realistic, but after magic stepped into the front office...it was time for a shake up... Lakers are now the L.A stars.... aka showtime 2.0)

This article is a bunch of fluff. No true insight, just words that mean nothing.

The Cousins trade is proof that, yep, 2K's GMs are realistic after all.

All you need in 2k to win is trade for DeAndre Jordan (which is always unbelievably easy) and also Gobert. It's way too easy
