I understand what he said but I would be shocked if it wasn't the case, not that I care because either way because I have the pro so if it's improved it might look better or have higher frame rates. I'm eager to see if its internal updates or from the patch. According to the schedule they are waiting till late march to discuss graphics. Very cool screenshots though.

I think I'm going to have to archive Kershaw, Altuve, Scherzer, Tanaka, Felix and any forthcoming faceshots into one place up until release day.

All of these headshots look incredible. Does anyone know if they held these out of the videos shown so far?

Do you think that they purposely played an older build in the twitch stream last week to save these graphical improvements for the appropriate stream later?

So Felix's new face wins the day here for sure. It absolutely looks like his human version now.

Also, it's crazy how unrealistic last year's skin tones were. They look so bad now it's weird we didn't notice how bad it was.

And I see serious improvement in all the caps colors that have been shown so far. Comparing them side by side you can see it. Especially the Yankees cap because while we all know it's navy blue it sure as heck can look black quite a bit and that Tanaka pic really captures the color correctly.

I've got serious hopes for improvements in those jerseys that had so many color issues in the past.

Wow the player faces look great. I just hope the created players look just as good. Like someone else said earlier in the thread the logo on the caps look like they have been stitched onto the hat.

"We had 17 heads in Road to the Show to choose from, I think," Russell said. "Now we've got more than 40. Hopefully, the end result is you won't be able to tell who is fake and who is real. Last year, you could tell who was fake, just because he looked off"

It's official. I literally can't play 16 anymore. After seeing these screenshots, it make 16 look dated

Prepare to be shocked. I have been left stunned shocked awed and, (almost) speechless for the last few screenshot releases.
I might actually die before release date if they keep this up.

I traded it in two weeks ago, and I really want to play a baseball game but I don't think I could do it after seeing these screenshots!

I was on the fence this year, like teetering on the side of the fence where "not buying 17" lives, but these face screencaps and the ball physics have now got me hanging on the side of the fence of "buying day one" with only one arm.

Thanks for the images! These are awesome. The facial hair on Felix and Kershaw give hope that created players facial hair (especially beards) don't look like they were done with a Wooly Willy
