I bought it with the $10 deal, but it says it's just the demo and I need to purchase the game for $40.

What did I do wrong?

Just made a check up - Steam sales the game at almost te same price with a 75% discount.

You guys should have received a license code via email that you will need to enter when the game launches. For what it's worth, I had the demo already and clicked on Enter Code section to add my code.
