Compared to last years game, I am impressed. Refs seem to be much better with foul calls and bookings, especially it being a 1v1 game. Would like to know what game speed it was set on as it still looks to be too quick. Still ticked the PC version is not getting the full treatment as this is looking to be solid overall.

For some reason certain gameplay videos look faster than others, I am guessing it is how it's being captured off screen.
Wow, I am impressed. Compared to that Fifa video put out the other day this looks fantastic. Animations look better then I thought they would, the defense kept good shape and it looks like build up play and strategy will be very important even in vs games. I have been sick of fifa for some time and this looks like the perfect year to switch back to old winning eleven. Just hope the online is serviceable as that has always been a barrier for me.
I'm only a few minutes in BUT I thought the pace looks great on 1080p 60fps.
Overall I think it looks pretty damn good at this point. If EDIT mode lives up to it's billing, the promised stadiums are added at launch, and they don't appeal to the youtubers than we finally might have the game we were supposed to have back in 2014/15.
I don't know what level he was playing on BUT in the 1st half the user didn't manage 1 shot period.
PES, just like NBA 2K is one game that can look A LOT better when someone who doesn't play like an ahole is on the sticks.
Loved the in-air foul by Ramsey ~6:00 mark
Very cool to see the CPU dummy at the 7:50 mark (Ox leaves it for an on-running Bellerin)
Liked the first time shot by Welbeck ~7:41 after the wayward throw by the Human controlled Bravo. He tried to catch him off his line but just didn't get the technique right.
On the Welbeck header, it was cool to see Welbeck call for it and then proceed to bury it in the back of the net
Overall, I thought the CPU played very human-like. They used space and apart from the goal, didn't spam the 1st touch passes. They played the ball back, defended as a unit and just played an intelligent game of footy. VERY refreshing to see a full match without an inflated scoreline and one with very few chances for both side.
At least the refs are awake in this year's version from the looks of it.
Wondering how the PC version graphics looks in comparison, it's up for so cheap on Steam. But I guess I could always SweetFX it up like I did with 2015.
This game looks really good. Looks like the thinking person's soccer (or football) game. Seems like you will really have to use strategy and thought to be successful.
I thought the pace looked great in that last vid but youtube captures are known to thrown off game speed.
I mean i know i'll play it on -1 but still, normal speed shouldn't be that fast, football doesn't look like that. But well, demo we'll be available in 2 days, i'll try it myself then and we'll see how it feels and looks.

I didn't think it looked that fast on first view but I'll give it another look.
Footy game speed is so hard to capture accurately to me. Different leagues play at different paces and often a single match is played at varying speeds, from standstill to wide open end-to-end to somewhere in between.
