1- 2:07 mark. I recall numerous people saying in 17 , you wont be able to press pass button as your getting sacked, it will be a fumble now.... clearly tannehill is half way down, wrapped up,somehow throws ball away, no fumble.
2- 4:00 - Burfict is looking right at the ball from time it leaves qbs hands, ball literally buzzes his head... does not even attempt to put his arm out , nothing, acts like he dont even see it - 88 awr - 88 prc ( before someone blames it on low awr) http://daddyleagues.com/maddenrating...ontaze_Burfict.
those two things stood out to me quickly and highly disappointed.
The good :
the strip at the end of regulation, that was nice .
This was a great video. Best one I've seen from today's batch so far and makes the game look like a lot of fun. Still has a lot of little issues but that pick by Reshad Jones and that AJ Green catch in OT looked great. And I'm not sure how I feel about Carlos Dunlap running down an RB like that but the play was still awesome nonetheless. Good to see a H2H game like that.
greatest comeback ever? the biggest lead of the game was like 7 point lol. click bait title
anyway,

A few thoughts..
*I see improved blocking on screens which is nice!
*QB scramble animation, while improved, is still fugly to me.
*On Burfict, I am watching his head and it appears to me he had just turned his head to find the receiver and adjust his position in zone coverage before the ball wizzed by. I actually like this. If he was just floating on the play, watching the QB's eyes the entire time, he should be expected to make the play but I saw his head turn twice during coverage and he just got caught looking.
The Dolphins and Bengals have two of the best defensive lines in the league, they didn't look like it in this video, barely any pass rush, getting ran on easily.

Definitely agree on the Burfict comment (this is actually my video). I was pissed initially, but when I watched it back a few times I became 50/50 on it.
Guess every RB is Adrian Peterson now, Bernard and Ajayi were running through too many people for my liking, hopefully it's just a difficulty thing
This is one of my biggest issues with Madden. Hopefully when the retail version comes out & players have their final ratings, we'll see more of a difference between RB's (keep in mind these vids are from the EA Play build). For as much as they advertised having more of a difference in how RB's utilize moves & moves being player specific, I'm not seeing it at all in the vids I've seen.

I don't think these are from EA play. Most of the intros says EA flew them in to Orlando. Tiberon head quarters. Also one guy shows video of formation subs.
This was a game changer event later than EA play but, it's not the final build.

I wonder are they breaking tackles because the defending user is attempting to hit stick with low hit power defenders, instead of using the conservative tackle.

Trying to hitstick when it's a "reach" tackle doesn't seem to work in your favor & I'm a fan of that. Lots of people naturally go for the hitstick on every tackle, and you'll pay a little price for doing that this year from what I've played.
I just feel that the linebackers in all the videos I have seen always seem a step behind... Every RB is breaking their tackles consistently, they are no where to be found on most toss and off tackle runs....The OL are getting to them to quickly....
Why would this guy run a screen on 3rd and 19? Clearly doesn't value sim play.

Honestly HB Screen is the one play I have had issues with in Madden for a long time. With the exception of maybe one year recently I feel they just work way too often. Some years I refer to them as "insta-offense" and I refuse to use them against the CPU and only use them against a user if the user runs one first.
I have NOT watched all the videos so far, but from the footage I have seen I have yet to see a HB Screen get sniffed out appropriately.

I agree I usually try to limit myself to like 1 screen play per game or something to keep it fair. ever since they made the transition from normal HB screen to this HB slip screen variation its never been balanced. in online play people can read the blockers and pick off the throw but vs the cpu its just too easy.
