I'll never understand why the gaming industry does this during the summer. I get more things to do and people save money to spend during Holiday, but seriously there is a giant opportunity during the summer imo for some big games to take advantage of.

I can't give you all of that, but gearing up for the holiday season has to be one.

Yep absolutely. This is a perfect example:

October 11 - Gears of War 4
October 21- Battlefield 1
October 28 - Titanfall 2
November 4 - Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.

There has to be a ton of overlap in players there. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe even with that much competition it's still much more beneficial.

Yeah i usually see call of duty and assassin's creed or in this case watchdogs in November

Summer is brutal
