The Jets in general are better than that. They are nowhere near the second worst team in the AFC. It's baffling that they even ended up at that spot.

No surprise the browns are always near bottom with team overall and with low overall player wise.

Gonna be interesting see what rams, eagles overalls are since they had worst records then browns.

The Dolphins have a 81 overall on both offense and defense but a 77 team overall???

Curious what Dallas' offense will be rated. They're loaded at literally every position - gotta be 90+

Just lmao. I'm just ready for my Jags to beat the hell outta the Raiders IRL. EDIT FEATURE came just in time.

I hope you know the Eagles and Rams traded into the top 2 and didn't actually have records worse then the Browns.

I can understand if specialist can help determine your OVR but by 4 points? I don't know about that.

Some quick observations...

-Titans are heavily overrated. They scored 21 more points than the Browns last year and were DEAD LAST in Yards per game. I know they added Murray and Henry but an 85 offense? Higher than the Colts? And the defense with a 85? They had the 3rd worst Pts/gm

-Jets also got shafted heavily. If losing Ivory was that important, then the Jags Offense should be higher. Jets O had the 4th highest yards per game last year and 5th in Pts/Gm. The D only an 83? They had the 3rd best Yrd/gm and 5th best pts/gm

-Raiders tied with Patriots for 89 on offense? That truly baffles me. They scored 30 less points than the Jets last year and 100 less than the Pats?! They were also 11th in Yards/gm and the Pats were 2nd.

-Chiefs with a better D than the Broncos? Patriots with a 93 D after trading Jones?

-The Browns should probably be lower on Defense. Haha.

How bad are the kickers?

They probably just weigh into the formula too much.

Yeah, I don't entirely understand the ratings sometimes.

Titans defense was really good early last year, but fell apart because the offense was so bad.

Don't get the jets ratings. Maybe they have Fitz and Forte really low?

Pats bad o-line is probably dragging them down. Raiders are probably cranked up because of the potential they have.

Yeah..... Chiefs better than Broncos is dumb. They should be close, but lower.

LOL Browns.

I think the Browns will be one of the funner teams to control this year.

They have 14 rookies (3 WR's).
Two first rounders next year
Josh Gordon/RG3 connection is way better than their rating indicates we all know it.

I think the defense is what needs the most work..the offense is pretty damn exciting and very talented. Just young. RG3 is always a Madden god, Duke Johnson is very good, Gordon is great, Corey Coleman is hella talented, and the TE made the Pro Bowl last year. Throw in a solid O-Line and I think just looking at their ovr rating is misleading. They will be a fun team to take over and play a franchise with.

Forte is an 86 overall this year.

Defensively, the only thing I can really see is that their #2 CB is only a 75 and their starting OLBs are both 70 or below.

Ah. I haven't really looked at every team so far, so I was just guessing.

I keep up with every team at least a little and I honestly can't name the Jets OLBs off the top of my head

Yea the RG and RT tackles are pretty terrible which is true so I can see how that dropped the Jets offense.
It looks like they dropped the ball on WR Quincy Enunwa who's a 63 and like their 6th WR which is way off.

On defense it looks like OLB Mauldin is underrated as well. I can see how their D Line Depth is not helping the ratings in a 3-4 setup where the OLB aren't studs.

If you strictly adhere to their listed positions, the Jets average starter on defense is worse than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' average starter lol. I'm guessing that may also play a role.

Lost Malik Jackson to Jaguars
Osweiller to the Texans
CJ Anderson to the Dolphins
Danny Trevathan to the Bears
Payton Manning retired...

I'm not exactly sure what you were expecting to see my friend. Those weren't role players they lost, they were legit studs.

They actually drafted 5 wr's one switched to TE....and with what they would already u have like u said Gordon, Barnidge, johnson, plus Pryor who I heard is lighting it up.

Also they added pieces to defense so with those plus haden, Kruger.

I'm doing a franchise in 16 now and on offense it's like who do u cover ??? Because I spread ball around esp when Gordon, Pryor, Coleman, Barnidge, all on field at same time.
