Lamar Miller and Doug Martin? That is surprising.

That's fair. AP is the better runner, but Bell is a more well-rounded back (when healthy/ not suspended).

So only 3 "elite RBs". Does elite status add any additional value by itself or is it just psychological?

Charles' 72 catch rating is among the league’s best at his position and rivals some receivers in the game.
In M16 his Catching is 85 so this might be a hint regarding how the catching rating might be tweaked in Madden 17 for running backs and wide receivers.

Miller yes but Martin was 2nd or 3rd leading rusher last year I believe.

Miller has been a super efficient running back that for some reason the Dolphins refused to use. The Texans got a great running back in Miller. Gurley can be the next Peterson but Miller is probably still comparable right now and the lack of publicity behind his efficiency shouldn't keep his ratings low.

Wait a minute... does that really say Lamar Miller is one of the fastest RB in the game at 93? His juke move is 92? I've seen a lot of Lamar Miller being a Miami fan, and yes, he's a solid RB. But those numbers are seriously over rating him. He's not anywhere near the fastest RB in the league, he's not really a shifty guy either. Not sure I understand that rating. He's a good player, but he shouldn't be a top 5 RB that's for sure.

Bell should drop from #1 now.

Don't think a 4-game suspension makes players degrade at that fast a rate.

WTF. No Gurley???

Seems weird that 89 speed "won't win a foot race against anyone" but "get the ball in space to take advantage of 91 speed." Either way though I don't put much stock into ratings so these are fine. Still would like to see attributes lower and more spread out across the board though to create a more unique player differential.

What he is being suspended for should put into question what is making him #1 though..
