The halftime presentation still looks the same. Would have liked them to show more stats for players besides just the QB and RB. Will just be skipping the halftime show again this year.

I'm oddly more excited about this than I was about the free practice feature last year.

With this focus on kicking my fingers are crossed that cpu players aren't 99% accurate.

Doubt icing the kicker will affect most players who play a lot as I assume the timing is still the same. With muscle memory the disappearing meter is nothing more than a visual aesthetic.

Also as someone who played over 700 games online in 16, I'm having a hard time seeing differences. It always worries me when guys who do commentary mention something that's "new" in an upcoming madden when it was clearly in the previous version.

So any type of penalty or play that goes against him...he complains about. Got it!

Seemed like football wasn't a game he would usually play.

I always assume the guys who call things "new" are in their early 20s and haven't been playing for the past 10 years or more.

I admittedly suck but with an equal number of games on all madden with rookie kickers I still will miss at >40 yards.

Interesting for the game but an analyst last year said kickers in the NFL have a higher fg% after a timeout than before or if no timeout is called. I know Adam Vinatieri always said he loved the timeouts so he can take his time instead of rushing. I never believed that icing the kicker ever worked.

Why is this guy saying PI isn't in Madden 16? Do I have a different M16, because I've had that called on me tons..

It was pretty rare (such that some people may have never seen it) if you didn't move the slider off of 50.

Agreed. I really hate the more recent trend of waiting until the last moment to call the timeout. I have really enjoyed the occasions where the kicker missed the kick as the time out was called, but then made the re-kick....even a few times when it went against the team I was rooting for...LOL.
