MLB The Show 16 OSFM Roster V3 Available Now

MLB The Show 16 OSFM roster version #3 is available now in the roster vault.

PSN - Ridindwnkingsley

V3 is a continuation of the base that was used for V2. It features updated transactions and all corections from previous versions as well as the following

Glitch free roster base
Updated Equipment
Updated prospect ratings where needed
Additional prospects and minor leaguers
SCEA caps from roster updates added
SCEA updated ratings from live rosters
More international FA (Thanks Ivanhoe)
More Face edits
Batting stance and pitch motion edits where needed
As far as corrections all minor leaguers with career stats replaced and additional birthplaces and age corrections
Additional actual FA' such as J.Gomes
Stamina and def updates for pitchers and players where needed.

OSFM is always going to be updated with more and more additions. -As far as which version to use, it's user preference. Any version after V2 has the base stat -glitch removed. -As far as the most "complete" the newest will always be the most complete and V3 is on point.

Showtyme I believe has found a trick where using Dayan Viciedo to overwrite a legend clears that legend's stats for good. Just an FYI...

Something u can do if u have already started a franchise and have santiago in FA, sign him, edit him to Ken Griffey JR and then release him and in the offseason Griffey goes in the Hall.... Just a thought.... This however has been fixed for any future OSFM sets

Speaking of future OSFM sets. What are your plans on releasing OSFM V4? I know you can't give ETA's but do you plan on releasing V4 sometime in June?

Also, what all are you having to do to get V4 ready for a release? Thanks Ridin.

There will be a post draft set with all draft picks, i havent decided if we will release another version prior it will depend on real life transactions, if there is a lot we will, all corrections will be in as well as more face edits, equip edits and the usual

I wouldn't worry about releasing another version before the draft. Releasing one a few days/weeks after would be good enough for me. BTW, when you say all draft picks surely you don't mean all 40 rounds? Thanks!

I have an updated V3 in the vault.

The only transactions its missing is Neil Ramierez from CHC to MIL
and
Jason Grilli from ATL to TOR

Those happened yesterday and I uploaded it Monday

Just out of curiosity, why is it that minor league outfielders just don't have arm strength on almost all roster sets? It makes it very hard to build an organization with plus arm outfielders in franchise mode.

Key point: there are just three outfielder in the minors (under the age of 25) with an at 80+ (excluding Marisnick). Guys like Brett Phillips, Aaron Judge and Rymer Liriano (Rated Baseball America's top AAA arm tool in 2015) would all have some of the best arms at the MLB level right now, were they to be promoted tomorrow.

We do NOT have full AA and A ball teams and every prospect on each time, we have gone over this probably over a hundred times, to make those 2 teams complete we would need to take guys off of triple A and then there would be a post about Triple A missing players.... No roster will have all TrIple A, Double A and all top prospects due to roster limits... Those teams change almost daily as well

Don't know what roster you are using but it's not 3.5 most of those guys are in and faces are fine

The new version which will have the draft prospects has a rerate of lots of prospects arms so u will like that
