More MLB The Show 16 Details Coming Tomorrow

More MLB The Show 16 details are scheduled to be revealed tomorrow.

For those of you hoping to see the official fact sheet, Ramone has confirmed the fact sheet reveal is changing this year, as it will be spread out, instead of giving out everything at once.

With that said, what are you hoping to hear about?

Any and all things Franchise presentation, and all things franchise. I know there is much more in this game than that and not everyone cares about franchise but it is all i play...

oh i just thought about it... how about some info on hopefully a new timed home run derby ala real life now...

I'm hoping to hear about Physically based rendering. If it's only on stadiums or the whole game. Just seeing the few dugouts made my jaw drop. Imagine it on fields, skies, backgrounds and especially players.
New animations.
If there is an upgrade to player models, like size of players, if there is new "skeletons" of the models, since there is three total right?
If the presentation changed. As in cut scenes. It always seems like it's slower than real life if that makes sense. If the game is cut to look like it's being viewed on TV. Fox or Mlb Network.
Ohh if we will hear about that MLB Network logo that was in the trailer.
Maybe something about catcher stances.
It's weird that a game that feels perfect, gets better and better each year, but there is always new things to add.

Anybody know what time today the news is going to drop? I assume it's going to be later because, well, San Diego.

I have a suspicion that the first little bit of news is going to revolve around online play. Which is why I'm just looking forward to screens and maybe a video.

Maybe a hint at one of the new modes to build a little extra hype? Hope at least one of those two new modes can be played offline. Not that I really care since I'll probably just stick to franchise it's just nice to be loved (especially as an offline only sports gamer).

I doubt there will be revamped commentary either.

The thing I am looking forward to the most aside from basic bug fixes is higher resolution textures.

I just hope for anything franchise mode. I want there to be more depth to it.

However, I think it will actually be one of the game modes or the IK engine.

Well I assume there is at least SOME new commentary, if only to comment on the closed roofs to start out the game. I mean, it's going to be pretty awkward if they start out with the same "The sun is out and the roof is open!" they always do at the Dome.

I would expect new commentary lines about roofs and 2015 player stories, but we're still going to be asked if he needs to throw that curveball for strikes.

I personally dont care but that would be my expectation.

We should start to see a change in direction with commentary. I don't think we will see it ever being ripped down to the ground and redone in one swoop.

I would agree. Look at how many years they have added names alone to the list of things being said. That would be a ridiculous waste of money and resources.

That being said, I think we all agree that some changes are definitely needed. But tearing down and starting over? Don't see that happening.

Certainly hoping for online franchise improvements. Schedule change. Fatigue for position players. Basically anything offline I want online.

I think we will see some of those changes this year now that Kirby (I believe his name was Kirby) is now in charge of commentary, if you all recall from the stream last year he said he had a lot of ideas for commentary that he would like see happen. So here's hoping.........
