Obviously there are retractable roofs because we see screens of Rogers Stadium in sunlight and with roof closed. That's a big addition.

I like how they don't even mention DD. The biggest game mode last year. New cards, card variations, and more legends.

The omission of the Vita is huge for me. I loved being able to go back and forth, without using remote play. Having a Vita-specific version made it so much better. That alone makes me pretty disinterested in buying this year's version (especially anywhere near retail price).

I'm also disappointed about the Vita version apparently being cut from the lineup. It doesn't surprise me, but I would've been happy if they tweaked a few things, updated the roster, and released it for $20 again this year. And who knows, maybe it's still a possibility especially after so many have expressed their opinions on the matter. I'd definitely like some clarification one way or another though.

I am hoping all 6 Classic stadiums or whatever how many it was in the PS3 version will be included in MLB The Show 16 on PS4. But by chance if we are only getting 1 of them then I am glad they picked the Polo Grounds because that is by far coolest stadium to play in

This. Also, some of the "cookie cutter' stadiums from the 60's/70's would be incredible for throwback season/franchise modes. They don't have to be fully licensed, just two or three "Municipal Stadium"-esque models to replicate Candlestick, Three Rivers and the like.

I assume the folks with SCEA will release information in waves, similar to last year. The video streams were great in my opinion, any idea when these might start?

They did though the last 10 seconds maybe of the trailer was all new throwbacks and legends; although if you meant in the blog, they're using the same approach as last year in terms of how and when they're revealing info, expect more in the coming months before its released

Yeah I know. DD is going to be huge this year. Can't wait to see what they do.

never understood why so many people love Polo grounds stadium, it has to be the most whack baseball stadium ever built in my opinion, I understand its historic but good god how terrible of a field it must of been to play there.

HA - If some team introduced a stadium like that today, it would get obliterated on every media site known to man(and woman)

I'm intrigued to see if they have been tweaked at all to improve authenticity, or if they were just upgraded graphically to PS4's standards.
