Yup, you should be going for epic/legend/sv with that kinda deck...if RD ever comes around again haha.

Funny how in s1 we all loved rtg and hated RD...and now it's the opposite in s2.

RtG matchups are just crappy. I mean Being able to +10 through 70% of a card and then up winning like 50% of +1s to finish it just crazy. I play NBA more frequently and you don't play against other decks but against cards set by CatDaddy so the difficulty never changes while on the same card. At least in Ring Dom you get matched up with similar decks regardless of what tier card you're going for. Last RD I did I had just barely made epic tier and I was still able to get a legendary card which is really great compared to being in epic ++ in RtG and barely getting through the wall to get the epic card

Yeah the rttc setup was done a bit better I agree. You hit a wall because YOUR deck wasn't good enough not because you were being matched up against holy **** overpowered decks you had zero chance against. Even then you could lose your way to a card, although I was never a big fan of that because I think you shouldn't get anything above your tier anyway.

Realistically I think you should be able to +5 all the way through your tier and then through maybe 25% of the next tier. It seems like a lot of people are hitting the +5 wall at their tier or even earlier. Granted, if someone is just barely into ur/epic/legend they shouldn't breeze through their card on +5. I do think CD improved in this rtg, at least for legend and up. Not sure how the lower tiers are but doesn't sound much better from what you and Matt were saying.

It's gonna feel weird to draft legends and not have them be a reset isn't it? Hopefully it doesn't take you over 2000 games for legends/sv reset like it did for me...though if you got another Barrett I don't think you'd complain [emoji6]

While I don't like the way the NBA one was set up, RTTC was really the best part of it. Like you said, it wasn't cheap. You either could win, or you couldn't. It's not like "I used to beat +5s on this tier, now I struggle with +1s halfway into the tier".

But that makes too much sense for them to have in SuperCard. And more than enough people play/pay in this mode for them to change anything about it.

The cards are definitely harder for UR from what I remember last time. But with my deck stronger this time (like 4 or more Epics added [including 2 epic pros]). I have seen mostly Fully trained UR and usually 1 Epic. So it's still easy if you got UR Pro's and Epics. I would definitely say they increased the difficulty on the lower tiers. Will report on Epic when I get there later tonight.

See last time I was in legend+ about 75% of the way through the bar...this time around I was legend++ at the start about 60-70% of the way through. So really not an enormous difference in deck strength, but the results were way different. Last time I hit my +5 wall less than halfway through the legend, this time I was able to +5 until 30 points into Roman. Definitely seems they made it easier.

Some other team recruited him. He felt we didn't play enough in the first event and therefore missed out on the survivor...hence we were ditched.

That's fair enough. At least we still have our number one grinder in ant

I think we'll all play more in this second event. The first one was hard to play much since we were coming off regular pcc...and it wasn't exactly working ideally either. Regardless, I'm not in it for the rewards. The purpose was to have a forum team cuz everyone on here is awesome. If we do well, cool. If not, cool...but don't go ditching the team without at least saying something first. That's some bull**** to do that.

That's f'ed up.. Some loyalty there

# 1980 ant125 @ 11/28/15 10:08 AM
No one really played that team pcc like they usually do . Both colts and doherz usually get more points during pcc than I do.
